About Us The
I Teach Project is aiming to provide pre-service educators the
necessary and up-to-date advancements and current trends in the field of
education, preparing them to become well aware about what is education
in the 21st century and helping them to be globally competetive
educators of the future.
It serves as a reinforcement to increase the know-how of the future educators about the latest as well as the basic essential trends on education. It will promote better and clearer understanding and awareness about the magnificence and nobility of teaching. Also, in response to the Commission on Higher Education’s view on the role of seminars and workshops as essential ways in improving quality education, this project will help to enhance pre-service educators’ knowledge, competence and passion as they pursue their way on becoming full-fledged educators. |
Our History
|
It was in 2013 when the Fourth Year Students of the Calabanga Community College came
up to design a Three (3) Days Seminar –
Workshop for Pre-Service Educators, as being a requirement in the Field Study 6 subject of the school curriculum, this is to be one of the ways in
preparing them from being pre-service educators going to their chosen path,
being holistic and genuine educators of the future. The event has been successfully conducted from October 10 - 13 of the same year which garnered positive reviews from the participants leaving fueled interest for the proponents to continue the project's main purpose leading to the creation of this website.
